The Grand Gîte is a detached house of 160 m² , located a stone's throw from the village square , on a fenced plot of 765 m² , ideal for families or groups of friends wishing to enjoy a comfortable and independent stay in Ariège.
The house features a large, bright 63 m² living room with two south-facing French doors opening onto a 25 m² terrace and a lawn with trees and a barbecue . The entrance is via a 15 m² north-facing terrace , perfect for welcoming guests.
